We are seeking a dedicated individual who possesses knowledge of the local community and will demonstrate passion and enthusiasm when working with our residents.
As a critical member of the marketing, and admissions team, you, as the Marketing Liaison, will work closely with hospital discharge planners, physicians/practices, social workers, case managers, ALF, and Home Health services as well as the general community to create awareness of the healthcare services the centers are able to provide to the community and to create a smooth transition for our current and future residents.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Represent, organize, and execute marketing presentations within various communities Maintain relations with area physicians, social services departments, hospital discharge planners, governmental agencies, and other professionals Communicate with the same to educate and build awareness of the facility's scope of services Coordinate all resident admissions including transportation and obtaining proper admissions paperwork Assist families and residents in understanding policies and procedures of the facility and charges made for services rendered Responsible for following up with residents and families to ensure they are satisfied with our service
