Comply with organization, department and regulatory standards. Manages the operations of the facility. Plans the management of facility staff. Ensure sound fiscal operations. Assists with and develop and implement philosophies and policies for the facility. Develops, implements and monitor quality control and performance improvement activities. BSN required. Masters degree in healthcare administration or related degree preferred. Licensed in the state of practice. 3-5 years experience in the health care field. Strong leadership and management skills required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
