The Crew Member is responsible for assisting the Landscape Maintenance Manager with various tasks such as daily work on commercial properties.
The Crew Member works closely with the management company to ensure that landscape work is completed in a timely and compliant manner.
The Crew Member must be able to make decisions quickly while maintaining a positive attitude towards fellow crew members.
Essential Duties:
Assist the landscape crew with various tasks such as daily work on commercial properties.
Maintain a clean job site by removing trash regularly throughout the day.
Ensure proper disposal of waste materials such as broken down equipment, tools, etc.
Maintain a safe work environment by following safety guidelines and procedures set forth by management.

Report maintenance issues as they occur.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Experience:
1 year minimum experience preferred in landscape maintenance or related field such as horticulture, tree surgery, or soil science.
