Responsibilities:
Work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain the smooth running of the venue's day to day activities Ensure all customer queries and operational issues are addressed and rectified in a prompt, efficient manor Assist with the management of team members.
Ensure all staff are fully supported and equipped to do their job Provide a positive and motivating work environment and culture Alongside the General Manager, guide and train a large team to success Be an ambassador for the company and build strong working relationships The Ideal Candidate will have:
